Heather Frahm, President and Chief Operating Officer:
Heather Frahm, who co-founded Catalyst online in 1998, was an early proponent of the potential of the Internet. She recognized the emerging need for experts in the online marketing industry who understood how to harness the Internet’s potential, and Catalyst is thriving under her vision and leadership. In addition, Heather has created a specialty niche within the company focusing on the special online marketing needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Catalyst’s client list includes Novartis, P&G pharma, Pfizer, and Biogen Idec.
Heather’s unique expertise combines experience in Internet marketing with an in-depth understanding of business and organizations. This combination means that she creates online business and marketing programs that give clients’ tangible results.
Heather received her B.A. in Economics from Hartwick College and her M.B.A. at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Heather is an active speaker at Search Engine Strategies, CBI emarketing and IRR emarketing conferences. She is also a board member of WebTribes www.webtribesinc.com and BioDigital www.biodigitalsystems.com.
Beth LeTendre, Chief Executive Officer: Beth LeTendre co-founded Catalyst online in 1998. Beth combines her expertise in online marketing and sales with hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She began her career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where she excelled at sales and learned the intricacies of the pharmaceutical industry. She then joined HealthGate Data Corporation, an Internet health portal, as the company’s director of sales and marketing, before founding Catalyst online. Beth received her B.A. in Marketing from Hartwick College in 1990, and is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Tim Breen, Vice President of Search Marketing Strategy: Tim Breen directs the paid search marketing team at Catalyst. Tim brings more than twenty-two years of business development and marketing experience to Catalyst including ten years of Internet marketing experience. Prior to joining Catalyst, Tim was the global director of e-commerce for Lycos where he developed innovative subscription-based services for the international network of Terra Lycos properties. Prior to Lycos, Tim was the marketing manager for one of the Internet's most visited websites, Intellicast.com, the leader in real-time global weather information.
Lee Tuttle, Vice President of Organic Search Marketing: Lee Tuttle is a seasoned manager critical to establishing Catalyst's internal operations and processes. He brings to Catalyst over twenty years of experience in managing technologies, projects and departments, including over six years in Internet development. Lee's prior employment was at Agency.com where he was the Regional Vice President for Operations and Project Management. Lee's career started at Lotus Development where he was credited with building Lotus' primary applications and data bases for Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance.
